BACK THE BLUE SCHOLARSHIP CAR SHOW
The Back The Blue Scholarship Car Show was originally conceived by Alleghany Cruisers founding members Robert Floyd and Chris Tingler in 2020. The event was launched with two main goals. First, to raise money for the Back The Blue Scholarship, which is intended for area high school students wishing to further their education in the criminal justice field. Second, to honor and pay tribute to our under appreciated, hardworking law enforcement officers and to give both them and the public a chance to interact in a fun, and educational atmosphere. The first Back The Blue Scholarship Car Show was held at Cucci's Pizzeria in Covington and was a tremendous success. For 2021 the event moved to the Jackson River Sports Complex and effectively doubled in size. In 2022, now as an official Alleghany Cruisers event, the show grew to over 100 show vehicles. The Back The Blue Scholarship Car Show features cars of all types, food and merchandise vendors, law enforcement displays and demonstrations, a Live D.J, and a FREE Saturday night concert at the River Rock Amphitheater. Work is already underway for the 6th Annual Back The Blue Scholarship Car Show. Stay tuned.

BACK THE BLUE EVE CONCERT AND CRUISE IN
FRIDAY JUNE 26, 2026 - 6:00 PM TO 9:30 PM
The pre show before the big show, the BACK THE BLUE EVE CONCERT AND CRUISE IN will be held Friday June 26 at the Jackson River Sports Complex in Covington VA. This is a totally FREE event. Back by popular demand this year is the GRAB BAG BAND featuring well known local musicians including Jeff Dudley and Jeff Craft. This fun loving band will play a great mix of music for you. It is always a good time when these guys are on the stage. In addition there will be a cruise in and food service provided by JKK Concessions. THE 7TH ANNUAL BACK THE BLUE SCHOLARSHIP CAR SHOW
SATURDAY JUNE 27, 2026 - 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
The 7th Annual Back the Blue Scholarship Car Show will be held June 27, 2026 at the Jackson River Sports Complex in Covington VA. The public hours will be from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM with registration opening at 8:00 am. This event is open to all types of vehicles and registration is just $10.00. In addition to the many show cars this event will feature law enforcement displays and demonstration, food, merchandise, and informational vendors, a live D.J., a 50/50 drawing, cash drawings, kids activities, door prizes, raffles, Law Enforcement Pick Awards, and much, much more. The Back the Blue Scholarship Car Show is one of the fastest growing car shows in the region. Last years event featured entries from all over the region. Come be a part of this great event.
THE BACK THE BLUE BASH - FEATURING ROCK BOTTOM BRIDGE

When the sun goes down the stage at the Jackson River Sports Complex is going to heat up. ROCK BOTTOM BRIDGE will be returning to headline the BACK THE BLUE BASH Saturday June 27, 2026. This high enegy band will surely keep you rocking all evening long with a great mix of music. This event is totally FREE and will also feature raffles, a 50/50 drawing, cash drawings, and much more.
