The Alleghany Highlands is the area that the Alleghany Cruisers call home. Our friends and neighbors reside in this beautiful mountain community known for its small town and rural charm and majestic mountain scenery. Our club not only focuses on providing quality local events for car enthusiasts from all over the region, we also have a focus on supporting our community.
BACK THE BLUE SCHOLARSHIP
The Back the Blue Scholarship is awarded to area high school seniors whom wish to further their education in the criminal justice or law enforcement field. The Alleghany Cruisers are proud to support our area students and our law enforcement officers
ANGEL TREE PROGRAM
HOLIDAY HOT ROD ROUND UP
In 2022 the Alleghany Cruisers established the Holiday Hot Rod Round Up. This event is a fall car show where all proceeds benefit the local Angel Tree program which helps ensure that local children in need do not go without during the Christmas season. The Alleghany Cruisers are committed to helping our area children.

SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESSES
Many of the events hosted by the Alleghany Cruisers such as Cruisin' Covington and the Summer Cruise In not only are intended to be fun, laid back evenings for car enthusiasts, but also are intended to get folks out on the town supporting local retailers and restaurants. Our club relies on support of our area businesses to host the events that we do, so we feel it is important to always support our local businesses.

The Alleghany Cruisers are proud to support area organizations. Both through contributions to charitable causes and supporting the events hosted by other groups. We are all one community and we believe that we should all support each other.

ENGAGING WITH OUR COMMUNITY
You don't have to attend a meeting or go to an Alleghany Cruisers' event to run into our members. Truth is, we can always be found at area activities, no matter who is hosting them. We regularly support car events hosted by other organization, make appearances at local parades, and show up on Saturday nights to support local concerts supported by the area. The Alleghany Cruisers endorse and are supportive of ALL area events.
